Special Projects

The Land Conservation Department works on a variety of education programs and conservation projects that promote sound land & water stewardship. Some of these are accomplished on an annual basis as a regular component of our department, additional 'special projects' arise each year as a result of various grant opportunities. These special projects are accomplished during the time frame outlined in the grant. Numerous conservation programs and projects are implemented from the grants we receive on a year-to-year basis. We take advantage of implementing new education programs and conservation projects as they arise.
